1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the DuyraCraft mobile app, DuyraCraft backend services, and related pages on duyracraft.com. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DuyraCraft, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you use DuyraCraft on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

2. Service Description

DuyraCraft provides crochet-related tools and content, including:

• Pattern browsing, pattern details, abbreviations, materials, images, and tutorials.
• Project tracking, row/round counters, favorites, notes, progress and local settings.
• PDF library, PDF reader, PDF annotations, DuyraCraft PDF downloads, Image to PDF, and PDF export tools.
• Optional account features, project metadata sync, premium status, limits, rewards, and notifications.
• General AI assistance and Pattern Ask AI, where available.

Some features are local to your device. Some require internet access, an account, a backend service, an app store purchase, ads, or third-party providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. DuyraCraft is suitable for a general audience, but it is not specifically directed to children. If you are under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, you may use DuyraCraft only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts

You may use some features without an account, but account-based features require sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not access accounts that do not belong to you.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.

Google Sign-In and other sign-in providers may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Local Data, Sync, and Device Changes

DuyraCraft stores many items locally, including PDFs, annotations, private notes, row counters, project progress, favorites, reader settings, and local AI history. You are responsible for managing and backing up local data that matters to you.

Account deletion, sign-out, subscription transfer, restore purchase, or device replacement may not automatically move or delete local files. Some account data can sync only when you are signed in and the related feature supports sync. Private local data may remain only on the device where it was created.

6. PDF Tools and User Files

You are responsible for files, images, PDFs, notes, annotations, and other content you import, create, edit, export, or share using DuyraCraft. You must have the rights needed to use those files.

DuyraCraft may process files locally on your device for PDF reading, annotation, Image to PDF, export, or sharing. We do not promise that every PDF, image, printer, file manager, storage location, or third-party app will work correctly.

7. AI Features

DuyraCraft may provide AI-generated assistance. AI output is automatically generated and may be incomplete, outdated, unsafe, or incorrect. It is not professional advice and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or professional instruction.

You are responsible for checking AI output before using it. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential information, health information, or content you do not want processed by an AI service.

We may limit, suspend, log, review, or refuse AI requests to protect safety, quality, legal compliance, and service availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DuyraCraft unlawfully or in a way that violates third-party rights.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit app content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, attack, overload, bypass, or interfere with the app, backend, ads, purchases, limits, or security controls.
• Use automated tools, fake accounts, fake device identifiers, or other methods to bypass quotas, rewards, subscriptions, or anti-abuse systems.
• Upload, submit, or share malware, harmful instructions, illegal content, infringing content, spam, harassment, or deceptive material.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment status, subscription status, or entitlement rights.

9. Intellectual Property

DuyraCraft, including its app design, code, branding, logos, interface, curated content, text, images, and backend services, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful use.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit DuyraCraft content or services without written permission.

10. User Feedback

If you send feedback, reports, suggestions, translations, ideas, or similar input, you allow us to use it to improve, secure, moderate, and operate DuyraCraft without obligation to compensate you. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

11. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases

DuyraCraft may offer premium features, subscriptions, trials, entitlements, or other purchases. Availability, pricing, features, limits, trial periods, billing cycles, and eligibility may vary by platform, country, account, store, or release stage.

DuyraCraft Plus is the app's paid premium access. At this release, DuyraCraft Plus may include access to premium patterns, premium pattern parts and rows, DuyraCraft PDF pattern downloads, Duyra AI Pattern Helper messages, private pattern notes, premium PDF workspace tools, and an ad-free crafting experience where available.

If you are eligible for a 7-day free trial, the trial includes 1 DuyraCraft PDF pattern download during the trial period. If that trial PDF download is used, additional paid Plus PDF download limits start after the trial converts to a paid subscription. Unless the paywall or store checkout clearly shows different terms, paid DuyraCraft Plus includes up to 2 DuyraCraft PDF pattern downloads per day and up to 10 DuyraCraft PDF pattern downloads per monthly quota window, 15 Duyra AI Pattern Helper messages per day, and up to 50 private pattern notes. For yearly plans, the PDF quota may still reset by monthly quota windows unless the paywall or store checkout states otherwise.

Free trials and subscription offers are available only to eligible users as determined by the applicable app store and subscription provider. A free trial automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends through the applicable app store subscription settings. The store checkout will show the current price, billing period, currency, tax information where applicable, trial eligibility, and confirmation details before purchase.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Payment card details are handled by that provider, not by DuyraCraft. Store terms, cancellation rules, renewal rules, refund rules, taxes, and payment methods may apply.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable store rules. Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewal but may not immediately refund or remove access for the already paid period, depending on store rules and applicable law.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play, the App Store, or the applicable store account that processed the purchase. DuyraCraft cannot directly cancel an app store subscription for you and cannot guarantee refunds. Payments, free trials, cancellations, subscription management, invoices, refund requests, chargebacks, billing disputes, and payment method issues are normally handled by the applicable app store or payment provider, subject to their rules and applicable law. DuyraCraft can help investigate access and restore issues, but cannot directly charge your card or guarantee a refund outside the store's process.

Deleting your DuyraCraft account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Google Play, App Store, or other app store subscription. If you want to stop future subscription charges, you must cancel the subscription through the store account that purchased it.

Premium limits are applied to new eligible usage, not necessarily to every repeat action. For PDF quotas, available language versions of the same DuyraCraft pattern may be treated as the same pattern download where supported. Re-downloading an already downloaded eligible DuyraCraft PDF pattern, including another available language version of that same pattern where supported, may not consume an additional PDF quota. Downloading a different pattern is treated as new eligible usage. Limits may depend on your subscription status, trial status, store entitlement, account, device, quota anchor, backend settings, fraud prevention systems, and service availability.

Premium access may require backend verification. We may store and verify product ids, provider identifiers, purchase tokens or token hashes, subscription status, entitlement status, dates, and verification logs to unlock features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and handle support.

12. Restore Purchases and Account Linking

Restore purchases is intended to restore an eligible active purchase or subscription. It does not guarantee automatic transfer of all account data, local PDFs, private notes, favorites, project history, AI history, or local settings.

DuyraCraft treats your app store purchase right, your DuyraCraft account, and your quota anchor as separate records. If the applicable app store and subscription provider confirm an active purchase, restoring purchases may move premium access to the current guest session or signed-in DuyraCraft account. The previous DuyraCraft account may lose premium access for that same store purchase so one subscription is not active on multiple DuyraCraft accounts at the same time.

Restore purchases transfers premium access only. It does not automatically transfer personal account data from one DuyraCraft account to another, including projects, notes, favorites, PDF history, AI history, or support history. If you buy as a guest and then create or sign in to a DuyraCraft account through the app's guest-to-account flow, eligible guest data supported by that flow may be attached to that account. Account-to-account data transfer is not automatic and may require support review where available.

Quota may continue from the same purchase anchor after restore. For example, if a guest premium session uses part of a PDF or AI allowance and then signs in or restores the same purchase later, that usage may continue to count against the same purchase-based quota instead of starting over.

13. Ads, Rewards, and Limits

DuyraCraft may show ads or rewarded ads. Rewards, limits, cooldowns, daily allowances, expiration, availability, and feature access may change or may not be available for every user, region, account, or device.

Attempting to fake ad views, manipulate rewards, bypass limits, or exploit quota systems may result in loss of rewards, suspension, or termination.

14. Third-Party Services

DuyraCraft may integrate third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play services, YouTube, OneSignal, OpenAI or other AI providers, app stores, payment providers, web links, file pickers, printers, and sharing targets. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, policy changes, account decisions, payment decisions, or external websites.

15. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue any part of DuyraCraft at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanent availability. Features may depend on internet access, device compatibility, backend availability, app store availability, and third-party services.

16. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account may remove backend account data but may not remove local files already stored on your device or records we must keep for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or anti-fraud reasons.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, infringed rights, attempted fraud, bypassed limits, or if legal or operational necessity requires it.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuyraCraft is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Crochet patterns, tutorials, AI answers, PDF tools, counters, and other content are provided for informational and creative use. You are responsible for your own materials, projects, safety, verification, and results.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuyraCraft and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, local files, goodwill, device functionality, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DuyraCraft and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content or files, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country or region. If a local law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

21. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app, services, business model, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the app, website, store listing, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Premium Support, where available, helps with premium access, restore issues, PDF download or quota problems, AI limits, account/data questions, and app errors. It is not a custom crochet design service, custom pattern creation service, or pattern-teaching service.
